After the Kelso World Meeting of 2CV Friends 2005, which was held at a spectacular
site at Floors Castle and provided great fun for everybody there (in spite of
rain and cold), a group of about 15 2CVs formed to explore the North of England,
guided by Lynn and Andy, a couple who proved to have an excellent knowledge
of the region we travelled through. Raiders came from different European countries
like Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, France, the Netherlands, the UK and Austria.
The route took us to Hadrian's wall, through the Lake District and Yorkshire
Dales and ended up at Castle Howard.

This was certainly a very good raid,

well organized, with an interesting programme,

with nice people taking part

I'm sure we all enjoyed ourselves, we enjoyed the raid, and we even enjoyed
the bad weather! Thanks again, Lynn and Andy!
